4. Payment and Refund Policy
Purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be considered at NCTC’s discretion for duplicate payment or a verified technical failure that prevents course access. Access-code expiration and refund terms supplied at purchase control.
5. Certificates and Recognition
Completion certificates represent successful completion of NCTC’s internal training modules. They do not substitute for state or federal licensing, certification, or mandatory occupational training unless explicitly recognized by a governing authority. Employers and trainees remain responsible for applicable laws, codes, and standards.
6. Intellectual Property
Course materials, text, images, logos, tests, and website content are the intellectual property of National Certification and Training Council. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Training materials are provided “as is” for educational purposes. NCTC does not guarantee that completion satisfies a particular regulatory requirement and is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services, or for errors or omissions in training materials.
